For some people, TIME AND TASK MANAGEMENT is like an unkept room, too unkept to even facilitae the first thought of organising the stuff tossed all over.
Oh yea, this can be really over bearing but it is always wise, in the first instance, not to allow one's tasks getting piled up and disorganised.
HOW DO WE PREVENT THIS CHAOS?
Spend a few minutes at the begining of your day or just before you retire for the night, to think about your tasks for the following day or hours ahead. Maybe while you are having a cup of tea or listening a collection of your favorite, preferably soothing music which will stimulate your thinking.
Make a note of your tasks.
Think about how you will undertake each task.
On your note pad, place a number beside each task. For example, place number 1 beside the task you think you would rather managed first.
Start off with the task you think you rather, leaving the others for last. This will help you get ahead of time.
Listen a collection of your favorite music if you are in the space to accomodate music, especially when you are undertaking the tasks you barely like. This will gravitate most of your attention to the music and before long your task is over.
Try to adopt this principle until it become second nature.
Very soon you will find that you are managing your tasks and time more efficiently and you will be way more ease with yourself.
